Our main certification program covers the principles required to train special populations
like the obese, pregnant and postnatal women, children and seniors. You dont need to
purchase additional certifications.
The ACT certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies
(NCCA) by America.
Personal Trainer Certification
With the ever increasing awareness about fitness more and more people are looking
towards certified fitness trainers to get in shape.
A personal trainer must have knowledge of anatomy and physiology, kinesiology and
basic nutrition,as well as information about special populations like pregnant and post-
natal women,adolescents, the elderly, and those with chronic medical condition.
Having this kind of background information will aid a trainer's to make a dramatic impact
on their client.

What is the exam like?
It consists of about 100 multiple choice questions that emphasize real world scenarios
and practical knowledge included in the textbook

Certification Accreditation
The NCCA, created in 1987 by the National Organization for Competency Assurance
Agency that accredits professional certifications in a variety of professionsNCCA
The NCCA reviews the certification organizations procedures, protocols and
operations,and determines if the certification properlydiscriminates between those
who are qualified and those who are not qualified to be awarded the respective
credential.
The NCCA evaluates the processes and systems used by an organization to identify
professional role and scope of practice, develop exam *******,and provide proper
exam administration and scoring to ensure the following:

-That the examination accurately measures the minimal competence of the
candidatefor the profession.
-That the public is protected from unqualified or ineffective practitioners.
